Scott Schara alleges that his daughter Grace was killed in an Appleton Wisconsin hospital on October 13, 2021. Grace Emily Schara’s doctor issued a DNR order without the family’s knowledge or authorization, and then a cocktail of dangerous drugs was administered to the 19-year old woman; she died within four days. If what Scott is alleging happened at St. Elizabeth’s hospital is true, it is difficult to arrive at any conclusion other than this is a case of premeditated murder.
