AP broke story that beginning on inauguration day, DARPA grabbed a massive number of IP addresses from DOD using a shell corporation operating out of tiny office in Florida. Why? It’s reported to be 4% of total IP addresses. There’s a fixed number? What kind of mischief are they up to?
