2021 has seen COMEX Silver deliveries get smaller and smaller every delivery month. Why? Silver has NEVER been more popular and yet COMEX deliveries and falling rapidly….could it be that THEY (the bullion bank riggers) are running out of 1,000 ounce silver bars to make these deliveries?! I think so!
