Two House subcommittees heard testimony on Thursday about the Clinton Foundation charity, which was allegedly used in a pay-to-play scheme by Hillary when she was secretary of state. Essentially, the CF acted as a foreign agent that accepted donations in exchange for access to the US government. It also became the private piggy bank for the Clintons.
