This report shows and discusses the most current and observed code contained in the House of Representatives, US Capital ceremony site, of the most recent 58th Inauguration of the 45th President, conducted on January 20, 2017. This report will show how altering 2 flags, brings into focus the current and existing ritual code of 9-24, contained in the person, known as Donald J. Trump.
