This report updates the recent John Kerry 11-07-16 departure trip date to Antarctica, by discussing the new agreed upon Nation State Treaty, banning private ships from traveling to Antarctica without advanced authorized permission to do so, for a period of 35 years. Added to this element of information, is the suspicion that this travel ban to Antarctica, is directly intended to limiting investigation into Flat Earth theories.
