This Arch of Triumph report updates with a new finding from the recent Arch of Triumph display, that was unveiled to the public and media on 09-19-16. This new finding will show how the 911 NE corner of the North Twin Towers and the SE corner of the South Tower, cross precisely at the very location where the Arch of Triumph replica is currently located in City Hall Park, Manhattan, NY.

This update validates concerns regarding the NYPD-HQ and it should be recalled that the ISIS nuclear terror threat video from a year ago, that I did a report on, involved images of a man, unknown, who appears to be wearing a Police Officers uniform. This use of the Police Uniform, could be the ritual indicator, that showed all along, that the intended future ISIS terror target, could be, the NYPD-HQ bldg, that if attacked and damaged in any major way, would no doubt create a police state of emergency for the island of Manhattan.

This recent NYPD-HQ finding and the older ISIS threat showing uniforms and clothing like a NYPD Officer, is to me the connection that adds even more emphasis to these latest findings, now that officially and ritually, that the terror threat possibly includes the NYPD-HQ bldg, located near the City Hall Park where the Arch of Triumph replica is currently on display.
