“South Africa is the 8th largest producer of GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) in the world. In 2013 alone South Africa produced 2.9 million hectares of GM crops. Know what you are eating. It is making us, our children and the planet sick. Say no to GMOs (please).

GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) are in our food. Pretty much in everything we’re eating, and in everything our children are eating. These GM foods are not adequately monitored to ensure public safety.

We have a social, moral and ethical responsibility to stand against Monsanto and fight for food sovereignty, for the rights of small and organic farmers, for the right to natural medicines, and for the future of the very earth we live on.” Carolyn Cooper
