Saudi Arabia is pressing ahead with its aerial campaign against Yemeni towns and cities, destroying the country’s infrastructure. In the latest airstrikes, warplanes pounded the Aden International Airport in the south. They also targeted several areas in the provinces of Mareb and Shabwa. Elsewhere in the northwestern city of Sa’dah, a number of people were injured in an air raid. Earlier, other cities including the capital Sana’a and Taizz came under bombardment. Dozens of people are believed to have been killed in those attacks. Nearly 28-hundred Yemenis have lost their lives since the beginning of Saudi Arabia’s military offensive on its impoverished neighbor on March 26.
