“Smart cities” are for dumb people. When the ‘Smart Cities’ are up and running and your bank account digitally controlled those 100 times per year allowed out will really be 5 times per year. Fight or die in a ‘Digital Gulag’. So long as the information is available and the NPC’s have the opportunity to do their research, them believing the propaganda and suffering the consequences is all on them.
