Three times a charm, Ed Buck arrested after 3rd man overdoses but this time survives

ED Buck, a powerful DNC donor, has been arrested after a third man overdosed in his apartment, in what is the third overdose. The difference is, unlike the other two overdoses, this man survived and did not die. Ed Buck was arrested under “operating a drug house” and is facing a maximum of 5 years in prison news sources say. It is interesting how Ed Buck is not charged under “attempted murder” or likewise charges but faces far more lesser charges “sweet-heart deal” which if he makes a deal could see him out of prison, if he is convicted, in under a year.
