On April 1, 2019 the euphemistically titled Anti-Hate Network filed a Compliance Audit Application against me. The demanded my campaign audit be expanded to include my personal accounts. They alleged I mixed personal and campaign funds — based on no evidence. 28 days later, I filed my campaign audit before deadline. That audit conclusively found that no mingling of accounts took place and any improper donations had been returned in full. On April 29, I defended myself before an Audit Tribunal to make my case as to why my campaign audit was sufficient and to argue that no jurisdiction, precedent, or need for capturing my personal account exists, while any move to do so would set a perilous precedent, politicizing a financial audit. Here are my remarks. In the end, the Tribunal granted the Audit Application demanding that my campaign accounts be audited — again. My personal accounts are not mentioned in their ruling. Translation: We won.
