FEMA may very well be using Hurricane Irma as an excuse to conduct a mass mobilization drill. Hundreds of thousands of people who are not even in any significant danger have been ordered to join the millions of others who have mobilized to travel from their homes. Can the government really be this stupid? Or is there something more to the story?
