Harvey and the Ai – Legion of Phantoms Discussion

VIDEO:

This report and discussion continues the Hurricane Harvey event by discussing the FEMA elements involved with Harvey and the major flooding that has engulfed Houston, TX and many parts of the Texas coast line. This report will evolve into a discussion regarding how Ai is quickly becoming the preferred technological means by which new cyber crimes can be committed. It is my opinion that the Awan brothers case and the many elements involving stealing and selling cars to high end rich elites in the Middle East is a viable criminal enterprise to consider, but it is my opinion, that the Awan brothers, the DC Credit Union and IT/Ai are components of a much larger financial crime and conspiracy in play, being used to pay phantom account holders or companies for services and or supplies that can be falsified to collect larger fraudulent payments for services or goods that never actually occurred. Such a criminal system using IT and Ai to pay everyone from a single source account is where this discussion will eventually go in order to explain how I think this new criminal model is using phantom people or phantom companies to collect money for fraudulent services and or supplies never received. The Recent and repeated theft of millions of Social Security Numbers of Americans and Veterans are suspected of being stolen so that phantom accounts can be created to fasely pay them money for services and goods never received or used across the nation and world wide.
