This report discusses the recent 01-01-17 New Years Shooting event, that occurred in Istanbul, Turkey. The terms psyops, hoax, false flag, and deception will be addressed with regard to the Istanbul, Turkey shooting event. In discussing this event, I will cover a new conspiratorial possibility, that I feel must be included in the many possibilities of what the shooting event accomplished, besides being declared an ISIS attack.
