From my friend…

This song speaks (quotes) Ezekiel 37:4, (and loosely 37:1-14.) In it the Lord is speaking to Ezekiel, and I picture this happening to Ezekiel in a dream or a vision. That’s because this is about the future. How it has meaning beyond its’ original context is . . . complicated. Note that an astonishing amount of Truth is missed because believers don’t have the Spirit of God at the level John the Baptist spoke of when he said, “he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.” Matt 3:11.

The ‘Great Awakening’ kindled by George Whitefield, where, I quote, “He united the colonies as they had never been united, articulating what they came to believe” Page 112, If You Can Keep It, Eric Metaxas [galvanizing them against tyranny I might add] was fueled by this same baptism John spoke of.

This song and The Great Awakening have That Baptism in common. This Baptism is exactly what America needs now, and always. I hope you find a moment from your schedule to soak in this song. May the Holy Spirit minister to you as you do.
Peace, to all of you who can see a better world n Christ. Finish Strong!
