COP21: PSYOP Conditioning For A Geological Event?

VIDEO: Why in the world would you gather all the world nations together for two weeks and meet every 5 years for something that is NON LEGALLY BINDING! Well, there are some very small parts that are legally binding (like required attendance to meet every 5 years), but this agreement does not hold the weight of a treaty.

So why spend all this time, energy, money, and media on the world casually agreeing to something they are most likely to break?

Personally, I think they are conditioning us for a major geological event. AND, when it happens, the theological and government order (which has been agreed to in the COP21) will go into full force.
