Hundreds of people marched on the White House and Monsanto’s Washington Headquarters as part of a global protest action, Saturday, against GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) foods and American multinational agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology corporation Monsanto. Protesters have condemned the company, saying that it controls the global food supply, including 90 percent of the US seed market.
